Chasity Conaway

Executive Director

With over ten years of experience in healthcare administration, Chasity has been with The Harbor at Hickory Hill since February 2024. She was hired as the Business Office Manager and was quickly promoted to Executive Director in October 2024. In this position, she loves continuing to make The Harbor at Hickory Hill a community where each need is met and every day is full of purpose and integrity. 

Chasity attended the University of Phoenix, where she received her Associates in Healthcare Administration. She also attended Prestige Medical Assisting College, where she became a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. After losing her father in 2023 to cancer and vascular dementia, Chasity has become even more passionate about seniors’ quality of life. 

Born and raised in Prattville, Chasity and her husband, Carlton, live in Titus with their children, Preston, Logan and Brooklynn and their beloved pets. In her free time, Chasity enjoys reading mystery novels and watching true crime.
